Rates and Important Information for Clute Park Campground

April 5th - October 27th, 2024

Accommodation Rates:

Full Hookup: $85 per night, weekly $550. Includes Electric, Water, Sewer, Cable, and Wi-Fi
Partial Hookup: $75 per night Suitable for truck campers or pop-ups without sewer connection
Tent Sites: $50 per night
Military discount must show ID, $10 off per night.

Additional Services:

Dump Station: $15 per use
Ice: $2.50 per bag
Firewood: $8 per bundle
Concessions in camp office

Boat Launch:

$8 per day

Seasonal Dock Rental or Boat Parking: Please contact us for more information.

Reservation Information:

All reservations can now be made online. Sites in dark green are available to reserve. Rates are updated as mentioned above. We no longer accept paper reservations.

Cancellation Policy

More than 21 Days Notice: For cancellations made with more than 21 days’ notice prior to the camping date, a refund will be issued, subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee.
1-20 Days Notice: Cancellations made 1 to 20 days before the camping date will not receive a refund but will be given a camp credit, after a $40.00 cancellation fee is deducted.
Same Day Cancellations: Those who cancel on the day of their reservation will be charged for one full day’s rate, and the remainder of their payment will converted to camp credit.
No Shows: Failure to arrive without notification will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
Early Departures/Weather Conditions: No refunds will be issued for early departures of cancellations due to weather conditions.
Reservation Fee: The reservation $5.00 fee is non-refundable for all bookings.
Camp Credit: Any camp credit issued can be utilized in the current or the following camping season, after which it will expire.

Important Notes for 2024:

Check out the Eclipse Event happening in the Event Center on 4/8/24. For more information, visit the Historical Society.
The Italian American Festival has been canceled for 2024.

Pet Policy:

Dogs/pets are allowed on leashes. Village law requires you to clean up after your pets. Please bring proof of rabies vaccination to the Parks Office upon arrival.
