Rates and Important Information for Clute Park Campground

April 24th - October 19th, 2026. 

Accommodation Rates:

• Full Hookup: $105 per night, weekly $700, monthly $2250. Includes Electric, Water, Sewer

• Partial Hookup: $95 per night Suitable for truck campers or pop-ups without sewer connection

• Tent Sites: $50 per night (We do NOT allow car camping.)

• Military discount must show ID, 10% off per night. 

Additional Services:

• Dump Station: $15 per use

• Ice: $3 per bag

• Firewood: $8 per bundle

• Concessions in camp office

Boat Launch Parking:

• $8 per day please use Mobile Pay signs in parking lot

Seasonal Dock Rental or Boat Parking: Please contact us for more information.

Reservation Information:

• All reservations are made online, we do not take phone reservations. 

• A green dot next to a site means it is available.

• If there is no dot, the site is unavailable.

Check In & Out Times: 

• Check in - 2pm. Early arrivals are automatically charged $10. No check ins before 12:30pm. 

• Check out - Noon. Late check outs are automatically charged $10.

Cancellation Policy: 

• More than 21 Days Notice: For cancellations made with more than 21 days’ notice prior to the camping date, a refund will be issued, subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee or $25 for tents.

• 1-21 Days Notice: Cancellations made 1 to 21 days before the camping date will not receive a refund but will be given a camp credit, after a $40.00 ($25 tents) cancellation fee is deducted.

• Same Day Cancellations: Those who cancel on the day of their reservation will be charged for one full day’s rate, and the remainder of their payment will converted to camp credit.

• No Shows: Failure to arrive without notification will result in the forfeiture of deposit and no refund will be given.

• Early Departures/Weather Conditions: No refunds will be issued for early departures.

• Reservation Fee: The reservation $5.00 fee is non-refundable for all bookings.

• Camp Credit: Any camp credit issued can be utilized in the current or the following camping season, after which it will expire.

Important Notes for 2026:​

• The Italian American Festival is scheduled for August 13th -16th 2026.

• Corvette Festival is scheduled to return May 15 & 16th. Register at Watkins Glen Promotions. 

• Festivals are subject to change and are not affiliated with the Campground or Village.

3 Night Minimum Weekends:​

• NASCAR May 7th-10th

• Memorial Day Weekend

• July 4th, Fireworks on July 4th

• Italian American Festival August 13th -16th 

• Labor Days Weekend 

• Grand Prix Sept 4th-7th

• Columbus Days Weekend 

Other Event Weekends, 3 night not required:​

• Corvette Festival May 15th-16th

• Cardboard Boat Regatta June 21st

•  Sahlen's Six Hours of the Glen June 25th-28th

• FLX Open Swim July 11th

• ECW Jet ski racing on Seneca Lake August 21st-23rd

• Square Dance September 18th-20th

Pet Policy:

• Dogs/pets are allowed on leashes.

• Village law requires you to clean up after your pets.

• Please have proof of rabies vaccination with you.

Campground Map:

• Please find a map of the campground. (Sites in gray are unavailable)

• Sites A & B are pull-through. All are full hook-up.

• Sites C & F are back-in. All are full hook-up.

• Sites BB are back in, have electric/water only and are for small pop-ups, truck campers, or tents.

• T sites are for tents only, no hook-ups.
